On Wednesday, 3 December 2025, Dr. Phattharaphon Silarak, Assistant Licensee and Chief Executive Officer of Wachirawit Chiang Mai School, led a delegation of school administrators and representatives from the Foreign Languages Department (Chinese) on a visit to the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University.
The visit aimed to coordinate cooperation and discuss approaches to enhancing Chinese language teaching and learning activities at Wachirawit Chiang Mai School.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Ms. Lian Chen, the Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University, along with the institute’s faculty members.
Following the coordination of cooperation, the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University expressed its readiness to collaborate in promoting and developing Chinese language education with Wachirawit Chiang Mai School in various areas, including language instruction, cultural exchange, serving as an HSK examination center, and other related initiatives.
This collaboration aims to jointly enhance the quality of students, teachers, and staff toward international standards.
The meeting was held at the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University.
