Kindergarten/Primary/Secondary (For Thai Students)

• Original application form (available at the school)
• Copy of house registration/ID card/student birth certificate along with the original
• Copy of father’s house registration/ID card
• Copy of mother’s house registration/ID card
• A copy of evidence of completion of the lower level than the one to be studied. If entering between levels, it must be the same level as the student graduated from, with no 0, I, (PP 1) or equivalent, along with the original copy.
• Two 1.5-inch photos, front view, without hats, wearing the student uniform of the previous school.

*Have parents/students sign and certify all copies.
